JEMS have been going the extra mile to ensure all of their clients receive the service they expect. With critical problems at one of our client’s sites, JEMS provided an AD-HOC engineer to cover 12 hour night shifts to ensure the plant was kept on the right track during this emergency. Night shifts including manual operations of MBR and DAF systems. JEMS were instrumental in assisting their client with steering the plant through this crisis and bringing the plant back to an efficient and automated operation.

Fortunately, following this situation, an annual shut-down was planned. JEMS provided a 3 man team to assist with all aspects of planned mechanical and electrical maintenance during this time. There was also a considerable amount of cleaning/house keeping carried out at the site. In addition to this JEMS carried out daily lab analysis influent and effluent, ensuring the bio-system was kept healthy during the shut-down period.

The plant is now in a much more positive place and ready for production to resume at the factory
